4. Bar Gaythering (Miami Beach)

Situated in Miami Beach, Bar Gaythering describes itself as the epicenter of the local gay community. With a vibrant atmosphere, amazing drinks, and friendly gay people, it's easy to understand that stance. 5. Blackbird Ordinary (Brickell, Miami)

This laid-back yet lively spot is a go-to for queer women, with Tuesday nights offering the unmissable Yes Ma'am event, a queer and lesbian ladies' night that’s basically a Miami institution. The vibe is casual, fun, and completely welcoming, offering free drinks for women from 10 PM to midnight, making it one of the most sought-after nights in the city. 6. Willy's Neighborhood Bar (Wynwood, Miami)

A recent addition to Wynwood's gay bar scene, Willy's Neighborhood Bar is an eclectic gay bar offering casual vibes, drag shows, RuPaul Drag Race watch parties, and plenty of LGBTQ community. With drag show performances by Drag Race alums, it's easy to see how this has quickly become a beloved space for gay community in Wynwood.

7. Azucar NightClub (Coral Gables, Miami)

Address: 2301 SW 32nd Ave, Miami, FL 33145

Located in Coral Gables (rather than South Beach or Wynwood), Azucar is a LGBTQ+ Latin nightclub complete with a drag wars show, cabaret nights, fun dancers and DJs. Known as a destination for the gay Latino community and of course for its sexy dance floor flooded with LGBTQ dancers (especially during Noche de Cabaret on Sundays) it's hard not to have fun in Miami when you make a trip to Azucar as an LGBTQ tourist or gay local. Azucar is worth checking out if you find yourself a bit farther away form Ocean Drive. 

8. Gramps (Wynwood, Miami)

Although it's not exclusively a gay bar or nightclub, Gramps is known for its LGBTQ+ friendly events, including their famous Double Stubble drag nights on Thursdays. Located in Wynwood, Gramps is known for their variety of events including stand-up comedy, drag shows, and general inclusivity for all walks of life. Gay and Lesbian community tend to love it here. Double Stubble drag is worth the trip to Wynwood, whether you are a gay tourist in South Beach or a lesbian local in Miami, it's sure to provide a good time for everyone in the LGBTQ community.

9. 12th Street Gay Beach

Miami’s 12th Street Gay Beach is the spot for LGBTQ+ beachgoers looking to soak up the sun, meet new people, and enjoy the stunning South Beach vibes. Located in the heart of the famous South Beach, this stretch of sand has become a haven for lesbian, gay, and queer locals and visitors of all kinds, with a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. Whether you're looking to lounge under an umbrella, take a dip in the warm waters of the Atlantic, or flirt with queer locals while enjoying the sunshine, 12th Street is the place to be. 12th Street Beach is also known for its close proximity to iconic gay bars and clubs, so you can easily transition from beach mode to nightlife once the sun sets.
